Fresh Look, Fresh Vision!

The site is back with a new look and fresh vision, reflecting what we want to see in our teen ministries! It’s all about loving God and loving others- such an easy to thing to say and such a difficult thing to do. We want to be a place where everyone can come as they are, ready to ask questions, share struggles, and grow together as we seek out the answers through prayer, Bible study, and discussion.  None of us have it all together but thankfully the Bible says that God uses the weak to show His strength. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty happy about that!

If this is a vision you can get behind, then join us as we strive every day to love God and love people. We’re excited to have you! ~Lori

“Seven in 10 Protestants ages 18 to 30—both evangelical and mainline—who went to church regularly in high school said they quit attending by age 23, according to the survey by LifeWay Research.” (USA Today)

“Don’t Check Your Brains at the Door gives teens answers that make sense, even for the toughest of questions. Internationally known defender of the faith Josh McDowell and co-author Bob Hostetler offer clarity laced with humor to expose common myths about God, the Bible, religion, and life to show how Christianity stands up to the test of fact and reason. Teens will be better equipped to stick with their faith as they begin to understand why they believe and why it’s important to make a lifetime commitment to Christ and the church.”

Does God Exist?

Is there evidence for a Creator? This life-changing DVD provides facts and insights from philosophy, cosmology and biology to help you engage intellectually with professors and peers.

Is the Bible Reliable?

“Is the Bible a book of myths and fairy tales, or is it a book of history and truth? This DVD series provides a thorough overview of major archaeological and historical discoveries that demonstrate the historical reliability of the Bible. The material presented in the ten lessons (approximately 25 minutes each) will help you to respond to critical arguments against the historicity of the Bible with solid evidence, and gain a better understanding of the geography, culture, and history of events in the Bible.”

Teen Group: Overcoming Conflict

Conflict featuring Doug Fields

Overcoming Stress in Your Relationships.

Why is everyone against me?

Friends gossip and betray. Parents are all about rules and lecturing. Teachers and coaches single out favorites. When life is unfair, even God seems to be a part of the conflict. Students can start to feel like everyone is out to get them.

In these four powerful sessions, students candidly share real-life stories about the conflict they experience in their lives. Doug Fields offers Biblical insight into the most common areas of conflict and teaches students how to reach peace and forgiveness in the relationships that mean the most to them.

Four video-driven sessions:

  1. Conflict with Family
  2. Conflict with Friends
  3. Conflict with Authority
  4. Conflict with God
